This policy is provided for website and business-intake transparency. It should be reviewed by counsel as ALCH3MY expands its services, jurisdictions, analytics, client delivery, and data-processing practices.
Information we collect
When you use this website, ALCH3MY may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, role, project details, budget/timeline context, and messages submitted through guided intake or email.
We may also collect limited technical information such as device/browser information, page interactions, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and basic security logs needed to operate the site.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit for engagements, improve the website and intake flow, operate the assistant/contact experience, maintain business records, protect the site, and prepare proposals or follow-up when appropriate.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry content to make public claims or case studies without separate review and approval.
AI assistant and intake notes
The site may use an AI-assisted intake experience to help classify inquiries and guide next steps. Assistant interactions may be stored so ALCH3MY can review context, improve routing, and respond accurately.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, health, legal, or confidential third-party information through the public assistant or guided intake unless ALCH3MY has separately agreed to receive it through an appropriate channel.
Service providers
ALCH3MY uses trusted service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, analytics, security, and AI-assisted intake. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to ALCH3MY.
Current launch infrastructure may include providers such as Heroku, Supabase, Resend, OpenAI, Google Workspace, domain/DNS providers, and analytics tools if enabled.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
The site may use cookies or local storage for preferences, authentication on private admin surfaces, security, analytics, and basic performance measurement.
Google Analytics or similar analytics tools are only active when configured by ALCH3MY. If enabled, analytics should be used to understand aggregate site behavior and improve the launch funnel.
Retention and security
ALCH3MY keeps business inquiry records for as long as reasonably useful for relationship management, business operations, legal compliance, security, and internal learning.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no website, email system, database, or internet transmission is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@alch3my.ai. ALCH3MY may need to retain certain records where required for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
You can also avoid submitting optional information through the public forms and contact ALCH3MY directly if a more controlled channel is needed.
Changes to this policy
ALCH3MY may update this Privacy Policy as the company, website, and services evolve. The updated date above reflects the latest public version.
