The brokerage had information. It needed a single operating spine.

Premier Commercial Group had a public website, active listings, broker relationships, and operational knowledge—but those pieces did not move through one system. ALCH3MY rebuilt the public experience and the internal brokerage workspace together, so the site at teampcg.com and Premier OS now share the same product foundation.
